The use of drones is subject to Transport Canada guidelines. Recreational drone use is not permitted in the Greenbelt or Gatineau Park, or at Mud Lake.
Drones can disturb people enjoying use of the space, have a negative impact on wildlife, facilitate the poaching of plants and infringe on privacy.
You must have a permit to fly a drone over NCC-managed lands.

The review process begins upon receipt of the completed application form, and may take at least ten business days following reception of all the required information. We review applications on a case-by-case basis to protect and ensure proper use of the land.
