Lane closure on Colonel By Drive starting April 27, 2026

There will be a single lane closure on Colonel By Drive as part of the wall rehabilitation project.

• Schedule: From April 27 to July 2026.
• Location: The eastbound lane on Colonel By Drive (heading towards downtown), beginning at Rosedale Avenue and ending past the Bank Street bridge overpass.
• Impact on motorists: Traffic will alternate on the open lane using automated traffic signals.
• Impact on pedestrians and cyclists: No changes to pedestrian usage in the area; however, the Echo Drive connection remains closed until construction is completed in July 2026.
