National Capital Region — The National Capital Commission (NCC) is pleased to launch the 56th season of NCC Weekend Bikedays. Starting tomorrow, Saturday, May 9, and running until October 12, the Kichi Zībī Mīkan, the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway and a section of the Queen Elizabeth Driveway will be reserved for active use on weekends.

The NCC welcomes residents and visitors alike to enjoy these scenic corridors for cycling, walking and rolling throughout the summer months. By providing car-free access, these parkways make it easier than ever to explore the region’s iconic waterways.
