Tanya Gracie

Tanya Gracie has a multi-faceted career in governance, and management and strategy, spanning the public, cooperative and not-for-profit sectors. Whether serving in management or community leadership roles, Tanya is passionate about enabling leaders and organizations to find solutions to complex challenges. Recognized as a collaborative decision-maker, Tanya has extensive professional experience in the areas of governance effectiveness, strategy and strategic initiatives, public policy and stakeholder engagement. Tanya has proudly called the National Capital Region home since 2008 and is actively engaged in her community, including also currently serving on the board of the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa. Tanya has a bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa, and is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management’s Institute of Corporate Directors Program and holds the ICD.D designation.
